Join Caitlin & Emily in a workshop with restorative movement and Reiki healing. In this 90-minute experience, you will be guided into different yin and restorative postures, accompanied by Reiki and some light adjustments.
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. This practice accompanied by long-held restorative is set to improve the flow and balance of your energy to support healing, as well as soothe the nervous system.
**If you are not comfortable with touch, please know you are still 100% welcome and encouraged to participate. Just let us know before class, touch is not a requirement to receive the benefit of Reiki healing.
