Join Bonnie Griffin for Crossing the Threshold, a monthly circle for mothers to honor the sacred transition into motherhood. Gather in community, share openly, and receive the support you deserve on your unique journey. Babies and young children are welcome.

The Space Holder - RYT Training
This program will go much deeper than your average RYT training. Rooted in earth-based spirituality, rhythmic living, and natural movement. You can expect to not only learn how to effectively guide a yoga class but also become open and aware of your unique gifts, how to create, work, and live in purpose with cyclic understanding as our ancestors did.

Shedding Shame
Trauma and shame can sit deeply rooted in the body. During this intimate 90 min workshop, we will set a point of intention to work towards through meditation and journaling. Next, we will dive into 40 mins of breathing techniques centered around bringing these points to the surface. We will end with a nurturing rest period and, if time allows, share our experiences.

The Intuitive Meditation Guide: Learn to Lead with Confidence and Discover Your Voice
A 3-hour immersive workshop to help you take your first step as a meditation guide.
Whether you're a yoga teacher, wellness practitioner or simply someone who feels the quiet call to guide others in meditation, this workshop is your starting point. In a supportive and experiential space, you'll begin to understand what it means to hold space, speak from presence and guide from within.
You'll explore:
The Foundations of Meditations + Myths/Facts
The anatomy of a meditation (the structure)
Language that soothes and supports the nervous system
The art of holding space
Experience multiple exercises to discover your confidence and voice as a guide (this part is so fun!!!)

Eileen Rose is a devoted meditation and mindset teacher who creates transformative experiences to support others on their path to inner peace and self-awareness. With a foundation in Exercise Science and Nutrition, her true calling emerged through years of personal healing and study, including a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a 300-hour certification in Yoga Psychology. Eileen's approach blends meditation, mindfulness, and mindset training to help students quiet the mind, shift limiting beliefs, and reconnect with themselves. She is passionate about fostering deep connection, both within and in community, and brings warmth, presence, and intention to every class she leads.

Mixed Series Ashtanga
Join Heather for a mix of primary and second series Ashtanga. Starting with the traditional sun salutations, we will explore the usual primary series folds as well as experiment with the twists and backbends of the second series.

A monthly circle for mothers who are pregnant or have young children to honor the maiden-to-mother rite of passage. We will regain the community support and connection motherhood requires while allowing space for you to show up authentically in the messiness of motherhood. Babies and young children are welcome.

Become a certified Reiki practitioner with Caitlin of Inspired Ascend. This Reiki I and II certification offers a hands-on, immersive learning experience.
