Training Details:
Dates: April 24 – August 28, 2025
Format: A blend of virtual classes, in-person weekend intensives at Ethos Yoga, and independent study.
Virtual (78 hours): Thursdays, Fridays, and select weekends (May–July).
In-Person (224 hours): Six immersive weekends from April to August, including a graduation weekend.
Non-Contact (30 hours): Independent study to be completed before graduation.

About Stephanie Lynn, E-RYT 500, Reiki Master, YACEP
Stephanie's vast experience with teaching yoga and meditation spans over 15 years. Her teaching experience is diverse and widespread, from large yoga festivals and busy yoga studios to small group and individual sessions in medical and clinical settings. She has been leading retreats, yoga teacher trainings, and continuing education for teachers for over a decade and is continually honing her craft. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, as well as a Secondary Science Teaching Certificate from Michigan State University, her approach to teaching is skillful, organized, comprehensive, and infused with thoughtfulness, reflection, and light humor. She recently completed a year-long Clinical Externship with the International Institute of Yoga Therapy, making her a certified Yoga Therapist. Her personal practice of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation is her greatest teacher, and she will remain a lifelong student.
